Lead Desk helps business users research publicly available information about US businesses. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them and for using the service lawfully.

Accounts and billing

Keep your account secure. Paid plans renew according to the checkout terms shown by Stripe. Cancellation stops renewal while preserving paid access through the displayed period end.

Acceptable use

Do not use Lead Desk for unlawful discrimination, harassment, deceptive outreach, credential abuse, or attempts to bypass provider limits. Follow CAN-SPAM, telemarketing, privacy, and industry rules that apply to your outreach.

Data and availability

Business records may be incomplete or change over time. Provider availability and quotas can affect searches. Saved evidence identifies its source and check time when available.

These product disclosures should be reviewed by qualified US counsel before commercial launch.
